Bill Daly – Chairman & Co-Founder observed on his farm ‘Milgadara' that over the past 25 years, the health of the soil and productivity was declining despite ever increasing inputs. This led to changing to biological farming principles and taking into consideration the benefits of the soil food web in creating a healthy system.

In YLAD Living Soils' Bill is involved with working with customers to deliver a superior product on time as well as using ‘Milgadara' as a benchmark for biological farming.

Bill is constantly working towards improving the health and well-being of the agricultural system and the people who work in it.

Rhonda Daly – Managing Director, Consultant, Sales Manager & Co-Founder

A farm girl all her life Rhonda is passionate about farming, human health and food quality, human behaviour and the environment.

In 2001 during a serious illness with meningitis Rhonda was guided to heal the soils, during her recovery period Rhonda realised that the quality of our food is directly related to the health and nutritional balance of the soil. Toxic chemical poisoning was the cause of her illness so Rhonda certainly advocates reducing toxins in agriculture.

Extensive study and attending Workshops both in Australia and overseas has prepared Rhonda for advising customers on the best programs and biological products to improve soil health and productivity.

Providing educational opportunities is a high priority because with increased knowledge of the soil, farmers feel empowered to return to a more sustainable method of farming, reducing chemical usage while increasing production and profitability

James Daly – Product Manager

Son of Bill and Rhonda Daly, James is a 5 th generation farmer and has been working in agricultural production for ten years. James brings to YLS a wealth of ‘young' knowledge as to the way his generation view farming methods.

With James' broad knowledge and hands on approach of biological farming practices he can ably assist and provide knowledge in any area of production.

James has a passion for agriculture and producing nutritious food and sees his future both as a producer of highly nutritious food as well as passing on his knowledge to others.

John Kiely – Assistant Product Manager

John joined YLAD Living Soils knowing little about biological agriculture. He has quickly increased his knowledge of the system and is an avid supporter of this healthier more sustainable way to farm and is happy to be able to assist customers with their needs.
