What you get out of your Pastures is what you put into your Soils

For the past 60 years, most agricultural educators and agronomists have overlooked the role of healthy soil in productive farming. Unfortunately, soil biology, has previously not been valued as the essential key to farm productivity that it is.

But trends are changing and farmers like yourself are taking the productivity of your farms into your own hands and focusing on this long-forgotten territory – your soils.

I love it the way farmers are also sharing observations and questions with each other about practices that are building healthy soils and productivity. If you would like to connect to another farmer doing similar practices to you, we can connect you with them, to have a chat and share stories.

Click here to read an article from The Land Newspaper where Deb Gray, a long term YLAD Living Soils customer expresses how overwhelmed she is from the results of using YLAD Living Soils recommendations and products. Deb is a beef producer, Red Meat Ambassador with the MLA and committee member of the Livestock Collective and in her spare time is completing her Bachelor of Science in Regenerative Ag at Lismore University.

“If I invest in YLAD Living Soils and their biological products I am giving my soils the best chance to improve their nutrient cycling and fertility. I cannot expect them to give me productivity without putting anything into them”. Says Deb Gray.

You, like Deb and many others customers, can transform your soils from ‘exhausted’ to ‘vibrant’, to grow healthy pastures, for healthy livestock and healthy people, and be part of the solution.

With this fantastic season now is the time to call me to discuss your program going forward and the options that are possible.

Here’s to a great 2024, watch the sky not BOM😊
